What a great service I had from Ben at the customer service.
No arguying, took my problem and resolve it by the way, instantly! And it wasn't FEND fault.
Helmet was deliver rapidly, and design and quality is awesome!
The helmet is truly well think, this is a proof that we need to protect are head to make a better helmet again and so on!

as with ALL fend product thies are sooper cool..i recieved the black reflective stickers (with a black helmet)..at first i thought that they didnt reflect untill the sun went down and then THE BLACK REFLECTIVE STICKERS CAME ALIVE..and just so you know; FEND only puts quality reflective sticker with thier helmets, they use genuine "3M" reflective teq..THANK YOU ALL AT FEND for flanking us with the best reflective stickers on the market with the best helmets on the planet, Respectfully

I just received my new helmet. I recently got into the Revel Ebike and was able to buy a this helmet. Love it. I really enjoy it light weight. Easy to place in my bag. Easy to fold in. Best helmet i have ever had. Going to get the reflectors FEND offers for the helmet.
