If you are not satisfied with the helmet, please contact us within 30-days at help@fend.io with your order number. Once the order is approved for return, we will send detailed instructions on how to return the product.

US RETURNS

Once the return request is approved, we will send a prepaid shipping label.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping all paperwork until the return is processed.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or color? Contact us within 30-days at help@fend.io with your order number and the size or color you would like. Once the exchange is approved, we will send detailed instructions on how to return the original product. We will ship the replacement once we receive the original.

US EXCHANGES
