US Shipping: Free USPS shipping on orders $60 and up. Orders under $60 ship at the rate shown at checkout.

If you are not satisfied with the helmet, please contact us within 30-days at help@fend.io with your order number. Once the order is approved for return, we will send detailed instructions on how to return the product.

US Returns: Once the return request is approved we will send a prepaid shipping label.

International Returns: Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping all paperwork until the return is processed.
