- FIND A STRING: Use a string, shoelace, or even a USB cable to circle your head just above your eyebrows.
- MARK AND MEASURE: Hold the string in place, mark where it overlaps, and then lay it flat next to a ruler or yardstick to measure.
- CHOOSE YOUR SIZE: Small: 21¼-22⅜in (54-57 cm), Medium: 22⅜-23¼in (57-59 cm), Large: 23¼-24⅜in (59-62 cm)
