How Do I Know My Size?
- FIND A STRING: Use a string, shoelace, or even a USB cable to circle your head just above your eyebrows.
- MARK AND MEASURE: Hold the string in place, mark where it overlaps, and then lay it flat next to a ruler or yardstick to measure.
- CHOOSE YOUR SIZE: Small: 21½-22in (54-56cm), Medium/Large: 22-24in (56-61cm)
- IN-BETWEEN SIZES?: If you’re in-between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
What are the dimensions and weight?
The width of FEND One when open is 220mm. The width of FEND One when folded is 110mm. Its overall dimensions when folded measure 110mm x 140mm x 290mm. The weight is 445 grams.
Is the FEND Helmet Safe?
Yes! FEND exceeds US CPSC and European EN1078 safety standards for bicycles, skateboards, and e-bikes/scooters under 20mph.

What is the Return Policy?
If you are not satisfied with the helmet, please contact us as soon as possible at help@fend.io with your order number. Once the order is approved for return, we will send detailed instructions on how to return the product.
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
U.S. Returns - Once the return request is approved, we will send a prepaid shipping label.
International Returns - Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping all paperwork until the return is processed.
